Carton processing is generally divided into two categories: color printing equipment or yellow version carton equipment. The two types of cartons are produced differently. The process of the color printing press is as follows:

Printing: Use an offset press to print the pattern onto the cardboard. Machine used: offset printing machine, often processing outside. Generally more expensive, domestically produced ones are much cheaper, and the cheap ones are only tens of thousands per color, not recommended.

Laminating: A layer of plastic film is glued to the surface of the cardboard for waterproofing and brightening. Use machine:

1. Water-soluble laminating machine; 2. Hot-melt type laminating machine. Some cartons do not need film. It is also tens of thousands of dollars, and the fully automatic one is expensive, and there are two to three hundred thousand. Laminating + breaking film integrated machine.

Cover: Glue the cardboard on the tile paper to become a cardboard. Use machine:

1. Glue machine, simple equipment, manual operation, thousands of dollars;

2. Semi-automatic laminating machine, automatic feeding tile paper, manual feeding jam, about 100,000, generally less than 100,000;

3. Fully automatic laminating machine, more than 200,000 yuan.

Die cutting: Press and cut the cardboard into the target shape, and then use it for forming. Use machine:

1. Flat die cutting machine (tiger mouth), different models, different prices, general models are less than 50,000.

2. Die-cutting machine for circular press, 50,000 to 60,000, 3) Semi-automatic flat die-cutting machine, about 200,000, which is quite different, but the speed is fast.
Forming: the carton or nail box, or glue the box, processing the finished product:

1. Nail box machine, several thousand yuan;

2. Box gluer. Different models have different prices, usually tens of thousands of yuan, more than 10,000 yuan;

3. Manual glue box;

4. Automatic folder gluer

Yellow board carton processing is relatively simple;

Cardboard opening: order cardboard directly from Daxian factory, machine used: cardboard production line. It needs space and funds. A common line is 1.8 million yuan.

Printing and grooving: print the required pattern on the machine, press lines, grooving, and cut corners. Machines used: ink-and-wash printing slotting machine. The cheap and expensive ones have a difference of N. Generally, the investment is about 100,000. If you want to be faster, you need a full-automatic ink-and-wash printing machine.

Forming: The finished carton is processed:

1. Nail box machine;

2. Box gluer;

3. Glue the box manually.
