Corrugated board is made of surface paper, inside paper, core paper and corrugated corrugated paper processed by bonding. According to the demand of commodity packaging, corrugated cardboard can be processed into single-sided corrugated cardboard, three layers of corrugated cardboard, five layers, seven layers, eleven layers of corrugated cardboard and so on.
Different corrugated shape corrugated, bonded into the function of corrugated board is also different. Even if the use of the same quality of surface paper and paper, due to the differences in corrugated shape, the performance of the corrugated board also has a certain difference. There are four types of corrugated corrugated forms commonly used in the world. They are type A, type C, type B and type E corrugated. Their technical indicators and requirements are shown in Table 1. The corrugated board made of A type corrugated has good buffering and certain elasticity, and C type corrugated is second to A type corrugated. But the stiffness and impact resistance are better than A-type corrugation; B-type corrugated arrangement density, made of corrugated flat surface, high bearing pressure, suitable for printing; E – type corrugation because of its thin and dense, but also show its strength.
