There is no significant difference between the quality and color ink, excellent hand feeling, silk adhesion, appropriate concentration dilution in water or alcohol solvent without deposition, agglutination, mixing with a mallet, no bubbles, excellent affinity mixed with other colors, all phases dissolve, the ink is pure and has no abnormal response. On the contrary, it cannot be used. The best batch printing, after printing, or in the use of the same ink cylinder, will have color. The reason is that the original ink diluted with water or alcohol solvent is not sealed. When it is exposed to the air for a long time, the chemical components in the ink and oxygen in the air react with the falling dyes, and the light ink is also differentiated.
Secondly, in order to ensure the clarity of printing, the first board of ink printer shall be selected with resistant, moderate elasticity and high-quality materials, which shall be consistent with the planning of board thickness. The resin plate with thickness of no less than 4mm and rubber plate with thickness of 6 ~ 7mm are the best. Whether it is negative proofing or manual knife engraving, the planning must be neat, the writing of pictures and lines, the depth of not less than 3mm, the form of non aligned text, overcrowding, arc flow imagination, uniform thickness, and the line should be straight and smooth. When the printing ink is transferred to the corresponding light, the ink of the inking roller should not be too thick. The moderate pressure roller can print the ink evenly without significant dents, and the embossing appearance of the frame is better.
Avoid using the increase of ink density and increasing pressure to improve the function of inking roller printing, which not only achieves the expected policy, but the lead plate area pastes ink, and the printing quality is worse, especially in small words, messy graphics and fine lines, which mask the more significant defects of high-precision planning; The printing speed of the low ink box not less than 800 rpm is uneven, and the exposed scene ends.
